Special educators? My child has no difficulties whatsoever.

The Communication Series: Parliamentary Debating /Negotiation
March 2021

At The Teachers Collective, we work with an average of 350 students every year in longer programs with schools, intensively teaching debating, Model UN and negotiation skills. The point of these classes is not only making one a better debater but also helping every child develop critical thinking skills, improve their logic, identify logical fallacies in their arguments and build an evidence based case on any topic discussed.

The Communication Series: Writing a Research Paper

POSTPONED TO MAY 17th, 18th and 19th.

Debating 101 with The Teachers Collective – 10 years and above
May 2020

Join us to learn the basics of Debating.  Building a strong argument, backing it up with evidence, ensuring that one identifies and avoids logical fallacies AND rebuts an opponent’s arguments with confidence – these are critical skills for everyone.  If you are looking at any kind of debating or Model UN, these are skills that not only have to be learned but also internalized enough that one can think on their feet to punch back as needed.
